Brenna Allen

(Co-Director) Brenna has been dancing for 13 years and teaching for the past 5 years. She started dancing on BDA dance company and then joined Xtreme Dance Force in 2007 and was a dancer on the company for 7 years. Brenna has traveled regionally and nationally and played a huge role on the company helping Xtreme win 7 Starpower World Victory Cups. Brenna has had the opportunity to work with top choreographers such as Bobby Newberry, Nika Kljun, Bryan Tanaka, Kevin Maher, Hannah Wintrode, Matt Steffanina, Matt Cady, Kyle Hanagami, Robert Hoffman,Nick Bass and many more. Brenna has always had a passion for teaching and working with kids as she has worked as an assistant Co Director and guest choreographer for Xtreme over the years. Brenna was awarded dancer of the year many times while she was on Xtreme and was chosen as Captain of her division her last 2 years. She is currently pursuing her bachelors degree and working for Xtreme full-time as a Co Director this coming season!

Susan Skrzymowski

(Co-Director) Susan Skrzymowski graduated from Columbia College Chicago as a dance major, training in ballet and modern dance. Susan has trained in gymnastics, hip-hop, jazz funk, house, isolations, and contemporary. Born and raised in Illinois Susan has studied and trained intensely with Nick Gonzalez and Trae Turner. She is the Assistant Artistic Director of the Boom Crack! Dance Company and BoomBox! Dance Company where she has collaborated and choreographed many pieces for the company. Susan is also the coach and choreographer for the NBA Chicago Bulls male dance team, the 312 Crew. Susan has been choreographing and working with the Luvabulls since 2015. Susan performed with Beyonce for Oprah’s Last show, and traveled to Las Vegas to compete in the Hip-Hop World championships multiple times. She has also trained and taught in Atlanta, Georgia. Susan has participated and received scholarships and has been nominated in 2017 for the cast of from the world known convention, Monsters Of Hip Hop. Susan has also taught workshops around the suburbs to help spread her unique style, and love for dance with the world.

Jennifer Donahue

Jennifer holds a BFA in Dance Performance from Northern Illinois University. She began training at a young age under the instruction of Bonnie Ardelene. From there, she studied with the Milwaukee Ballet and also was accepted as a VIP for Dance Olympus. While at Norther she studied with Randall Newsom and Judith Chitwood. She has danced with NTD in numerous performances such as Coppalia, Les Sylphide, Piquita, and The Nutcracker. She was also a member of SoFlo Ballet Company in South Florida. Since moving back, her most recent performances were with In Flight Dance Company and Free Space. Jennifer is now married and has 3 children.

Gretchen Duncan-Dodge

Gretchen Rose Duncan started dancing at the age of 2, began competing at the age of 7 & began teaching at 12 years old. She continued to train with competitive dance teams all over the Chicagoland area, winning choreography awards at many local & national competitions. During her time as a dancer she also got some amazing acting opportunities in recitals and Summer stock as Mother Nature, a featured Angel from the Christmas Carol & Maria from the Sound of Music. After graduating high school, Gretchen was selected as one of the 6 featured dancers from Chicago to appear on “the Wade Robson Project” on MTV in 2003. This was the first dance reality series ever to air on national television making the way for such television hits as 'So you think you can dance,' 'America's Best Dance Crew,' and 'Dance Moms.' Shortly after, she joined Xtreme Dance Force while pursuing her 3 associates degrees, bachelors in Business and duel MBA in Business Administration & Human Resources. With the accumulation of experience, she has danced for Chingy, Chamillionaire, Soulja Boy, Tyrese & Lupe Fiasco as well as at Chicago Bulls & Milwaukee Bucks games. Throughout the years, she has trained directly under Brian Freedman, Justin Giles, Liz Imperio, Sheila Barker, Charles McGowan, Jesse lee Santos, Joaquin Phoenix, Chris Judd, Wade Robson, Company Dance Competitive circuit owner Tracie Marcineak, NappyTabs, The Jabbawackeez Crew & many more. She is trained in all styles of dance & enjoys all aspects of the performance arts including editing & producing music, writing music and performing vocals, as well as teaching & choreographing. A few years back Gretchen answered a call on her life to ministry & was an AXIS youth leader at Pathway Christian Fellowship in addition to being a worship leader. All the while teaching and performing with Movement Revolution Crew as a dancer and choreographer. She then relocated to Dallas to attend Christ for the Nations Bible Institute, taking a position to direct the pre-teen ministry at Pathway of Life Church, teaching and choreographing at Powerhouse of Dance in Dallas and studying worship, helping international students and teaching make-up to the drama ministry for their CFN performances. This brought her home to the Chicagoland area for a short summer time before heading out Hawaii where she took an Artistic Director position at NIX Performing Arts Center in Aiea, Hawaii working on developing and building their dance program and performing company. She currently is back in Chicago, Youth Pastor at Pathway Christian Fellowship, leading worship and performing for Ashton Vines as a backup dancer.
Children’s program class teaching the Hip Hop style of dance to younger students. Combinations are taught at the beginner level to popular children songs preschool age appropriate.
